Sr.Full stack Developer

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Full stack Developer at our growing company. As a Sr. Full stack Developer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing their expertise and passion to our team. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications, ensuring they are optimized for performance and user experience.

Working closely with our team of designers and other developers, the Sr. Full stack Developer will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. They will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing their skills in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and Laravel.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in full stack development, with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our web applications
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Design and implement database schemas
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Full stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and Laravel
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
