Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Inter CA at our growing company. As an Inter CA, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our finance department, contributing their expertise and passion to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. This job post is aimed at individuals who have completed their CA Inter or are CA dropouts, and who possess strong skills in accounting, GST, and TDS.

As an Inter CA, the candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including but not limited to managing accounts, handling GST and TDS compliance, and providing financial advice and support to the organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a maximum of 4 years of experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Provide financial advice and support to management
• Conduct financial analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices

Requirements

• CA Inter or CA Dropout qualification
• Strong knowledge and experience in accounting
• Expertise in GST and TDS compliance
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
