Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive at our growing company. As a Business Development Executive, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential areas for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and other SEO tools
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel as required
