Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Field Sales Officer at our growing company. As a Field Sales Officer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by actively engaging with potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra.

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships. They should also be familiar with Google Search Console and possess a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to expand network and knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 1-6 years of experience in field sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events
