Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Web Designer at our growing company. As a Web Designer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing their expertise and passion to our team. They will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives.

The Web Designer will work closely with our development team and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective website designs. They will utilize their skills in Figma, Bootstrap, and React.js to create responsive and interactive web designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO principles and be able to craft SEO-optimized designs that rank well in search engines.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Navi Mumbai or Thane, Maharashtra. The Web Designer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs using Figma, Bootstrap, and React.js
• Collaborate with the development team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
• Translate client requirements into effective website designs that meet their needs
• Ensure that website designs are responsive and compatible with different devices and browsers
• Optimize website designs for SEO to improve search engine rankings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website designs
• Work with the development team to implement website designs and ensure their successful execution
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and banners for promotional materials
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of BE in a relevant field
• Experience as a fresher is acceptable
• Proficiency in Figma, Bootstrap, and React.js
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to create SEO-optimized designs
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly designs
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
