Purpose and Overview

We are currently seeking a highly qualified UX Designer to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Ensure that designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Optimize designs for usability and accessibility
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Conduct usability testing and gather insights to iterate and improve designs
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Figma, and wireframing
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with SEO optimization and keyword density
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies and techniques
• Ability to integrate keywords naturally into job descriptions
• Experience with on-site work mode
