Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Specialist with 4-8 years of industry expertise to join our dynamic team in the industry. The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions that align with clients' needs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Research and analyze potential clients' businesses, industries, and staffing needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase our service value proposition.
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, virtual presentations, emails, and phone calls.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in the client's current approach and align our services accordingly.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) that address client needs and showcase our competitive advantages.
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date information, case studies, and success stories to streamline the proposal creation process.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our company as a trusted partner.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to create data-driven analyses, charts, and visuals that enhance proposal presentations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights during client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs, utilizing the company's resources and capabilities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate transition of information, requirements, and expectations from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, gather market intelligence, and promote our services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a pre-sales role within the industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, presentation software, Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and crafting detailed proposals.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections and concerns effectively.
