Job description

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence.

Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.

Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.

Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business.

Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.

Solution Selling: Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.

Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads.

Salary : 8 LPA to 15 LPA

Please Note : This role needs 80% Traveling.
