Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and select candidates for IT positions within the company
  • Review and understand job requirements to effectively identify qualified candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of various employment types such as W2, C2C, H1B, and EAD
  • Familiarity with recruitment software such as Ceipal and Job Diva
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
