Sr.Odoo Developer

Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Sr.Odoo Developer who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Sr.Odoo Developer, the individual will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo modules, as well as integrating Odoo with other systems. They will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Odoo applications to meet the company's business needs.

The Sr.Odoo Developer will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality code. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Odoo development, as well as experience with JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements
• Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications
• Design and implement Odoo applications, including workflows, forms, and reports
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Odoo applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and technologies
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL
• Experience with full stack development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kudasan, Gandhinagar
• Bachelor's degree in Computers, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in Odoo framework and its modules
• Experience with Odoo customization and module development
• Knowledge of Odoo best practices and coding standards
• Ability to analyze and understand complex business requirements
