Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Front Office Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Front Office Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming guests, and handling administrative tasks.

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company in a professional and friendly manner. They will need to have strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset. This role requires someone who can handle various responsibilities simultaneously and maintain a high level of organization.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain and update inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in organizing company events and conferences
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role
  • Educational qualification of BCom or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site mode
