Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Backoffice Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Backoffice Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions. They will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data, and supporting the overall efficiency of our organization.

The Backoffice Executive will work full-time on-site at our location in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role and possess any educational qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing files, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar back-office role.
