Purpose and Overview

The purpose of posting this job description is to find a highly qualified Business Development Executive who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing company. As a Business Development Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and presenting our products or services to potential clients.

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and follow up on potential opportunities. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales and business development, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Generate leads and conduct cold calls to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
  • Educational qualifications: MBA
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of IT sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
