Purpose and Overview

As an Account Voice process Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling account-related voice processes and providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

As an Account Voice process Executive, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, providing accurate information regarding accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English, as well as possess strong verbal communication skills. This role requires a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree and a passion for accounting and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide assistance with account-related queries
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding accounts
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve any account-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in account management processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in accounting
• Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Tally software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
