Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Relationship Manager at our growing company. As a Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. They will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs and providing them with exceptional service and support. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth.

As a Relationship Manager, the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and passion to our team. They will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. They should also have a solid understanding of relationship management principles and best practices.

This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh (Chandigarh). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid work mode, combining remote work with in-office work as needed. We are looking for a candidate who is a graduate or above and has a maximum of 2 years of experience, although freshers are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in relationship management
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client relationships, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in relationship management or a related field
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of relationship management principles and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Graduate or above educational qualifications
