Packaging and Dispatching Executive

Purpose and Overview

Operation executive where you have to process the product of packaging and dispatch the order to our delivery partner and also track the order through system its a inside office job which has no target and no sales job

Responsibilities

•  Packaging and dispatching of products
• Ensure that all packaging materials are available and in good condition
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize packaging and dispatching tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and order packaging materials as needed
• Inspect packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Create and maintain accurate records of packaged and dispatched products
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Track and monitor the progress of packages to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays in the packaging and dispatching process
• Train and supervise packaging and dispatching staff

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of packaging materials and techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
