Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Executive Pastry Chef for our Gurugram location. The role is on-site and will involve overseeing the entire kitchen operations from production to delivery of our Pastry and Confectionary segment. Day-to-day tasks include recipe creation, menu planning, inventory management, staff management, and quality control. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in cake and dessert production
• Extensive knowledge of ingredients and recipe creation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a management role

Preferred candidate would have a worked at star hotels, air catering units like tajsats, and should have retail exposure too with stand alone cafes and bakeries.
