I. Marketing:

Organize and participate in networking events, trade shows, seminars, and workshops as well as any other assigned or recommended events leading to the generation of leads.

Visit various schools and educational institutions to generate a database of students and prospective leads for admission.

To build strong partnerships with NATA coaching /training institutes for lead generation and signing a commission arrangement for conversion.

Prepare, review, and send collaterals, dossiers, and SAI credentials to the right target audience within different segments and geographies.

To monitor, assess, and report on industry trends and competition activities.

Maintain and update the admission handbook and circulate it with the team so that the admission team gets updated on the procedure then and there.

Monitor and assist the whole admission team throughout the admission season to make sure that the seats are getting blocked and converted on time.

Please coordinate with the Admin team and faculty team for the campus visit and make sure that the parents and students are satisfied with the greetings from the institution and that they explore it correctly as per the admission handbook.

Explore consultants associated with admissions and sign MOUs for the Admission.

II. Sales:

Ensure good quality coaching facilities, and build continuous relationships with students/parents. Ensure conversion as per target.

Counselling prospective leads and doing the conversion

Maintain good connections with existing students for Word-of-Mouth referrals etc…

Qualification, Experience & Skill Required:

Any degree with excellent communication in English both written and oral

5 years of experience in educational institutions as admission in charge

Experience in career counseling.

Good network with the schools and coaching center

Able to organize admission-related events, exhibitions, stalls, and competitions in coordination.
