Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Sales Advisor at our growing company. As a Sales Advisor, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. They will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals. The Sales Advisor will work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

The Sales Advisor will be based in Gurgaon (Haryana) and will work on-site in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a maximum of 5 years of experience. They should have excellent communication skills, particularly in the English language, and possess a 12th pass educational qualification. The Sales Advisor should be passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to generate revenue for the company
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve overall sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in the English language
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales activities
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
