Business Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for oversight and management of Business Analysts' staff
• Using case documentation and analysis, presents findings to business and executive sponsors
• Performs impact analysis of business process changes/enhancements across the organization
• Develops business requirements through analysis on business activities, industry trends and sponsor requests. 
• Works with business leader to define project scope

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience in the US P&C industry
• Experience in Financial data – understanding of P&L, Balance sheet, Income statement
• Experience in operational data
• Should be IIT's or IIM's Graduates

Requirements (Good to Have)

• Excellent Powerpoint + Excel skills + Storyboarding
• Business case development, strategy formulation
