Purpose and Overview

The purpose of this job description is to attract highly qualified candidates for the position of Jr. Graphic Designer at our growing company. As a Jr. Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing their expertise and passion to our team. They will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics that align with our brand image and meet the needs of our clients.

The Jr. Graphic Designer will work closely with our creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including digital and print materials. They will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma (Design Software), and Canva, among others. This position is full-time and requires on-site work at our location in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs and graphics for digital and print materials
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts
• Ensure all designs align with our brand image and meet the needs of our clients
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma (Design Software), and Canva to create and edit designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements
• Provide creative input and contribute ideas to enhance design concepts
• Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in any field
• Have experience or knowledge in graphic design as a fresher
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma (Design Software), and Canva
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
• Have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Be familiar with SEO optimization techniques for job descriptions
• Be able to work on-site in Bangalore, Karnataka
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
