Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Ensure seamless guest experiences by efficiently handling registration processes and room assignments.Candidate having basic knowledge of Opera software will be an added advantage.
• Guest Services: Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and preferences promptly and enthusiastically. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests' stay experience.
• Reservations Management: Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking procedures. Coordinate with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and preferences.
• Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining front office systems and procedures, including accurate record-keeping of guest information, room inventory, and financial transactions. Handle cashiering duties and reconcile accounts daily.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Hospitality Standards: Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times. Demonstrate a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality. Maintain awareness of potential security risks and report any incidents or concerns to appropriate personnel.
